MOTORBIKE/SUPERDYKE is a collaboration between Cheryl Hamilton, and Lisa g Nielsen.

The genesis of this project is based on the diaries written by Lisa g in the 1990s that spoke to coming out and finding identity while sorting through queer stereotypes.

By combining collages, prints, drawings, animation and words this multi-media project will have multiple entry points. The animated journal is immersive and massive - projected on the wall to fill an entire space. Unique art prints will form a collage on another wall. A reproducible and sharable zine is available for audiences to take away. An interactive zine creation table collects new stories and expressions of identity & coming out. All the collected stories will be added to editions of the Motorbike/Superdyke zine.
